- As a newbie to boxing and kickboxing, I couldn't have asked for a better trainer than Adam. He's very motivational and pushes us to give our 100% in training. Adam also ensures that the combos are different every week so that we don't feel the classes are monotonous. As a beginner, I had concerns about how I would fit in, in a class of other trainees with higher skill levels but Adam made sure that I fit right in regardless of my skill levels. Even when the class size gets bigger, he still gives personal attention to everyone and tells ways to improve their techniques, if needed. I took a couple of personal training classes too, and they were totally worth it. The boxing and kickboxing classes are always the ones I look forward to every week. As a person, Adam is very chill and fun to talk to. Sometimes during the class we discuss casual things outside of boxing, which I prefer as it makes me feel I'm not like a machine just training all the time! TL;DR - I'd highly recommend Adam to anyone who is beginning to learn boxing/kickboxing and even people who want to improve their boxing and kickboxing techniques -Prem N.
Adam is an amazing instructor! He brings high energy to classes and gives great tips for better technique. As a woman training in martial arts, I feel very comfortable with him and he is encouraging of my learning, helping me to feel stronger, confident, empowered!
